What does this indicator measure?

This indicator is a 2008 sample-based estimate of the share of households that have internet access within the Syracuse, Albany, Buffalo, and Rochester Metropolitan Statistical Areas (MSA’s).  The estimate is also included for the United States and the 100 Largest Metro Areas aggregated.
