What does this indicator measure?

This indicator measures the percentage of families and non-families, from 1990 to 2010, across the United States, New York State, and locally in Onondaga County and Syracuse. This indicator also takes a closer look at a few select family groups in Onondaga County and Syracuse, over the last 30 years.
