What does this indicator measure?

This indicator shows the percentage of adults in Onondaga, ALbany, Erie, and Monroe counties who binge drink. According to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, binge drinking is defined as a pattern of drinking that brings a person’s blood alcohol concentration (BAC) to 0.08 grams percent or above in a short period of time.
