What does this indicator measure?

These indicators measure rates for various types of cancer incidences per 100,000 females and males. Cancer is defined by the National Cancer Institute as diseases in which abnormal cells divide uncontrollably and have the ability to invade other tissues and only invasive, malignant tumors are counted.
